Backstory: Chase has been a Massachusetts resident his whole life. His interest in gaming started at an early age, beginning mostly with video games around the age of eight or nine. He is not a huge fan of Star Wars and places the Empire Strikes Back dangerously close to the last movie he will choose to watch again. He was introduced to role-playing games at the age of 13, when he and a group of friends began to play Dungeons & Dragons. Finding it very similar to the Turn Based Strategy games he had played for years on various consoles, he's been hooked ever since.
Prior to working at Battleground Games & Hobbies, Chase graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where he majored in Biology and went on to work at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and Springborn Smithers Lab in Wareham. He enjoys trying new things, meeting new people, camping, and kicking it with the homies. Some other interests include watching human behavior, reading stuff on the Internet, learning about various games and how they're played, and talking about other random things with people that share common interests.
Chase plays D&D in two semi-weekly games and really wishes the Mechwarrior Clix game had R&D guys that had a clue what they were doing.

You are not likely to find Chase: At Abercrombie & Fitch, passed out on the couch with wet pants on, or clean shaven. |
