Backstory: I started playing games when Battleground first opened in 2002. I came in to buy some HeroClix with my father. When we entered the store, there was no one in sight - no customers, no store owner. So, my father called out, "TODAY MUST BE EVERYTHING'S FREE DAY!"

That's when Derek came running out from the back of the store with a smile – apparently just happy that he had some customers.

I've been coming to Battleground ever since.
