yeah i'll be in. if we kick it aroud 11 or noon, i might try to get 2 games in. are we thinking LL/colonial practice 2.5k or what? matt cassidy gave me some ideas for my slaanesh list that i'm interested in testing out.

i got on the wait list so hopefully somebody doesn't show. i can't believe how fast those slots went. what was it, like 80? and thats after they took some from 40k?

I don't care who or what types of games I play. I just want to get Vamp practice in any form. And after not playing for quite a while, I am itching to throw dice.

I'm not 100% certain that I'll be able to make it, but if I can I'll bring my Skaven, can do up to 2500 comfortably.
I'll post something on Saturday probably to confirm whether or not I'll make it.

Hey guys, Im thinking about shooting down there tomorrow at 11 to meet you all, and possible gain some knowledge of the game (i know how to play, but not alot about other armies). Does anyone have an extra army the could maby lend me to play agianst them (a small army would be fine, I just want to get some practice in) otherwise id be fine just to observe some of the games

hey Josh, figured i'd bring it to your attention that the poison rules say they don't interact with magic weapons (p.73) 8) not that it made any difference, that guy was going to chainsaw my fiends and keeper either way, but its good to know

Thanks for bringing that up. That is why I need to keep practicing with these guys... Guess I'll have to get used to only 3 units with poison attacks...
Yeah, wouldn't have made to much difference, but good to know.

How did the games go on Sunday?
I was planning on showing up, but had unexpected family plans... I'd have preferred to be involved in the killing! :(

My slaanesh daemons got ground off in 4 turns by double mortis engines and the ghoul king from hell. Jakes empire got blasted into next week by keith's rats. Seriously, that turn 2 cannon shot was the dirty.

Turn 1 the warp lightening cannon killed 23 sword men.
Turn 2 the doom rocket killed 23 sword men.

How'd shadow work for you vs the rats? people tell me it kicks ass against skaven but it just never seems to work out for me.

That... sounds kind of like my game against Marc last Tuesday.
First turn I managed a spot on Poisoned Wind Mortar and Plagueclaw Catapult shot... we don't really need to get into details beyond that.

How'd shadow work for you vs the rats? people tell me it kicks ass against skaven but it just never seems to work out for me.
Shadow isn't particularly good against skaven. Unless you are DE, then it is awesome.

Hi, I could possibly stop by if there was an uneven amount of players. I can field 3000+ of High Elves, but it seems the most popular is 2500. Would anyone like to play a 3000, or is there a slot open for a 2500 2v2 maybe?
