I think that the internet was imagined into something that would be helpful for life and humans in general but that idea sort of took a turn when the abusive people have turned nuts against it.
Though it will generally be about how the people will be able to control themselves but when you come to think of how it has grown, it would be tough to physically draw the line between going a little too overboard.
