Title: Chaos Space Marine and CC questions

In the wargear section for regular Chaos Space Marines it says they have a Bolter, a Bolt Pistol, and a Close Combat Weapon.  Does that mean they get +1 attack in close combat for having a pistol and close combat  weapon?

and if I have heard from a reliable source that Power Klaws/fists dont benefit from +1 attack for having a pistol but I cant find it in the rulebook.  is this true?\
