So, this is something I thought we as a group might want to discuss. Spurred by our discussion regarding the IG psycher battle squad last week + this week, I was thinking.... Do we want INAT FAQs to be used at events at battleground games? I think as a community we could easily decide this.
I have no preference at all regarding this. My only real issue is that we should either use INAT as a whole, or not at all. I don't think it is wise to cherry pick certain answers and not use others.
More than anything, I think it is located online, so people can check rule calls without needing to post a question to chase (who then has to look up answers) and it should make on the spot rule questions easier to solve.
Downsides would include more reading for everyone, and obvious disagreement with some of INAT rule decisions.
thoughts?

If this is something the community supports I will absolutely incorporate it into all of the tournaments from this point forward.

We'd been doing this unofficially, so it makes sense.
-
I agree it should be used.
-
I agree that it should be used as well.

Aye for the INAT
-
I vote yes.
-
I vote to have a rules standard.
What other choices do we have besides INAT?
-
GW FAQs and errata, plus RAW. Only problem is different people read things differently. INAT is already in place so we can just decide to use it, seems most people are in favor.

I agree

I thought before everyone says yes, they may want to read the rules as clarified by other people.

You're looking for the INAT FAQ. I linked to the page to keep up with the latest version.

Reading through these facts, I wish we had these last year. This forms a clear call on many issues that one or two people that were strategizing around some rule may object to, but it looks fair and balanced. I fully support using them.
