Best General:  Paul Gates - Warriors of Chaos
Second Best General: Josh Hankin - Vampire Counts
Third Best General:  Ben Hosking - Dwarfs

Player's Choice:  Adam Steel

Best Appearance:  Paul Gates - Warriors of Chaos


Thanks to everyone that came out to give the ETC rules a try.  I heard that they went over very well.  Next time we run an ETC event hopefully we can play scenarios that are a little bit more glamorous than the book.


Our next event will likely have a much different feel.  We're going to try a "Pro-Am" Doubles tournament (Date TBA) in an effort to get the group of casual players involved in the tournament scene.  Hopefully you'll all support that.

Thanks for the results Chase.  It was a good turnout and a great time.
Were the painting scores recorded and sharable?  No worries if not, just curious.

I can't remember exactly what I gave you josh but it was top 3, 36 out of 40 on the rubric I used I believe.

I'm sure the scores are in a pile at the store somewhere.  I haven't looked for them.  I usually use them as scrap paper.  :)

jim's wood elves would have beat out paul's warriors for first if he didn't shave his beard. he's kinda like samson, it was the source of his power.

The best part is that you didn't even recognize me until you saw the elves; but looking at my scores, I'd say you're right.  :'(  I still had a blast!  ;D
