Title: Character Restrictions

Could someone please let me know what standard character restrictions actually mean in tournaments? From what I understand, I would enter a tournament with two lists, and either list cannot contain the same character? So on one list I could have Hypnos, but on the other list I could not?

The big thing to remember with this, however, and this is new to the 2012 steamroller rules:

Epic and Standard versions are considered separate characters.

You could use pHaley and eHaley as your two casters, for example.
