Hey Everyone,
Each week, I do my best to help out with any Rules questions or clarifications. If you have a question that you didn't think to ask during Thursday night, let me know here!
As an FYI - my first place to look for any ruling question will be the following places:
The Official Rulebook http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/ffg_content/x-wing/support/SWX01_XwingCoreRulebook_lowres.pdf (http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/ffg_content/x-wing/support/SWX01_XwingCoreRulebook_lowres.pdf)
The Official FAQ http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/ffg_content/x-wing/support/faq/X-Wing-FAQ.pdf (http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/ffg_content/x-wing/support/faq/X-Wing-FAQ.pdf)
The Official Tourney Ruleshttp://www.fantasyflightgames.com/ffg_content/x-wing/support/faq/X-Wing-Tournament-Rules.pdf (http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/ffg_content/x-wing/support/faq/X-Wing-Tournament-Rules.pdf)
First up is a clarification on the "Guide Nubs" on the ships - when do they count and when do they NOT count in regards to bumping/overlapping another ship?
Page 8 of the FAQ clears this up:
Movement Guides
Movement guides on ship bases are considered part of the ship’s base for every part of the game except measuring Range between ships.
This is further clarified in regards to the Movement Guides on Bomb tokens on page 17 of the FAQ:
Q: Are the movement guides on bomb tokens considered when measuring range or when a ship overlaps them?
A: Yes.

There was a question regarding a ship that attempts a decloak maneuver that would result in it being out of the field of play.
From page 17 of the FAQ:
ACTIONS AND GAME EFFECTS
Q: Can a ship decloak or perform a boost or barrel roll action that would cause it to go outside the play area (and thus flee the battlefield)?
A: Yes. If a player performs a boost or barrel roll that causes it to go outside the play area, it flees the battlefield and is immediately destroyed.

question about the Luke Skywalker crew card:
it says if you use that card you can not perform another attack, does that mean you can not do another attack with the ship he is a crew member of or can no other ship attack that turn?

with the ship he is on.

I can see where you might be confused about this. The Gunner Crew card & Luke Skywalker Crew card are worded the way they are to prevent you from making a series of attacks when there are multiple abilities on the ship that might grant additional attacks. (for example: a ship with multiple crew slots that had both a Luke an Gunner crew on board!)
As Ron stated above, you can continue to make attacks with the other ships in your squadron after using Luke or Gunner. Only the ship with Luke or Gunner on board are prevented from making additional attacks that turn.
I hope that clears things up!

indeed it did thanks!
