Post by: Jonathan on September 14, 2009, 01:49:14 PM
Has anyone seen this Squig Cake that Ace of Cakes did on a show?

Chase where are you going to start slicing into first?  The gaping maw?  An ankle?  Meaty behind?

So much cake in that thing.

Ace of Cakes is awsome. I want to get a cake from them some day, I bet though none of the cake squig is ment to be eaten. They probably have Trays with the same cake that they use to serve.

I know larger weddings do that sort of thing.  Something pretty to look at but sheet cake for people to eat.  Ace of Cakes, I'm told, starts at a minimum of $1,000 but most projects (including most of the ones on their show) are $10k+.  Kind of crazy.  Nice to look at though.
