Is there a release date for this model? I have not been able to find any information on it...

The model needs to be done before they give a date.

Its true. After setting a trend and releasing both the Colossal and Warcaster for each faction for three months, PP quickly changes gears and gives the finger to predictability. Next month is General Ossrum and Hyperion. Then they go back to both faction models in November with Menoth. Go figure Mercs and Ret and the oddballs.
