Hi Jared, no one is playing VS in Plainville. People buy it occasionally but no one plays int he store.
SW LCG on the other hand... There's a group of 6-12 players that meets every Monday night to play the various FFG LCGs. Star Wars in among them and the "group leader's" game of choice. He was actually just crowned world champion in November. Any number of those people would probably love to show you how to play.
I'll be there all day tomorrow and can put you in touch. They usually meet around 6-630pm.
