So digging through a box I came across a space marine battlebarge I bought a few years ago and it got me thinking about BFG and I had one big question

How many points is the avarage game? the rulebook is a big vague like most gw books giveing numbers like 500-3000 points.

so whats the norm? 500?, 750?, 1000?, 1500?, 1647?

Try posting under Games Workshop thread,  people there are playing BFG and could answer better.

John and I played 1000 for a while until I bought another ship to bring us up to 1500.  1000-1500 seems like a perfect sized normal game.  Takes a few hours like 40k, has multitudes of tactical options.  I'd say that.

Then again, it may just have taken hours because I was playing against John. :p Kidding!

The average game is 1,500 points.
