Yeah i downloaded the full rules from there website, and read through them.  The AROs seem like they make the game much more interactive and tactical.

I bought a few models and a rule book.  I will be learning the rules over the next few weeks with John Grogan.

Well for anyone that does not know, infinity is a Skirmish scale Sci-Fi game set in the not too distant future.  The main part of this game is AROs; automatic response orders. These basically put everyone in an "overwatch" type mode; but allows for more action than just shooting.  This means that you never just sit there and wait for your opponent to finish his turn.  If anyone want I might be able to play a few small games with people in 2-3 weeks as I start up a small 2nd force.

Is it similar to two hour wargame 5010, or Force on Force?

I've played this game a bunch.
One thing to remember is that you need ALOT of LOS blocking terrain.
Otherwise things like snipers and HMGs will rule the board.
And TO camo is awesome. 8)
