4 games tonight, with a couple players really trying their hand at the new Tyranid codex.

Had a good game against nids last night and lost by points. It was a smaller game and I don't think my iron hands force scalled down well but the bugs didn't seem terrible, the flyrant with the str 10 psychic shooting attack was very good. Also, a word of warning to anyone travelling via route 1 on Thursday night, there is a speed trap near the plainville - north attleboro line. Saw a police cruiser in waiting the past three weeks in a row.

I've seen that as well. They also like to get the people who run the red lights at corner of rt 1 and 106. So don't do that.  ;D

Hello everybody!

The rumors of my demise (I hope there weren't any...) were greatly exaggerated.  I *think* I will be out there tonight for some  hanging out, chitchat, and maybe a smallish game or two.
Too busy being AWESOME to listen to your whining.

The rumour was you were captured by pirates actually.
Should the miserable Grot crews survive for long they will soon become deafened and have to resort to a rudimentary system of sign language. This is rarely successful as there are only so many signs a Grot can carry around with him.

I should, um, actually practice for the 1000 point event. So I'll be looking to do that this Thursday. I'll give preference to anyone else planning to play in the event.

It is supposed to snow all day Thursday into Friday. I'm reading predictions between 2" and 12", meaning they have no idea what this storm is going to actually do.

I thought Brad club was a fan of drop pods? Drop pods don't care about snow!

Weather be damned, I'll probably be at the Battleground unless roads are beyond bad, but it looks like mostly rain all afternoon anyway so it shouldn't be bad. Then again maybe that's just the forecast in RI, it does seem to get far worse beyond that mass line and all.
