Players are expected to be in the East Ballroom no later than 8:00am on Saturday morning. This information hurts me as much as it hurts you, I promise.
Teams will be expected to submit their bids for deployment at 8:30am.
Deployment on each table will begin at 8:45am.
Each table may begin playing their game as soon as both teams have finished deployment.
Players will be expected to bring at least two copies of their army list and ALL rules governing each piece in their army. Failure to produce the rules for any given model will result in that model being removed from the table (and the game). (See Rules thread)
Reminder - Your "free special character" must be based on a large sized (Terminator sized) base and the side of the base perpendicular to the table must be painted white.
