Come one, come all, Thursday 40k! Fun for the whole family, if you're whole family knows what's good for them.

Five tables up and running tonight, another solid showing. I don't recall turnout this consistent ever.

In a doubles game, my Shark Marine with a multi-melta shot a helldrake out of the air. The first one I've ever seen removed from a table. The Marine was then killed by a vector striking Daemon Prince. Sic transit gloria.

Sounds sweet, how many points were you playing with?

We played 750 points with a shared FOC. The newer books of Tau and Chaos Marines are just silly good compared against Orks and Space Marines. We did put ourselves out of position one turn, resolving sternly to shoot down that Helldrake, and I killed with the first shot, leaving our army out of range of every thing else. Also, Shadowsun jumping 4d6 is silly silly silly.

Hey AdMech, hopefully someone will step up and accept your challenge. What's your real name and what army were you thinking about playing?

WYSIWYG - YES no exceptions
painted - No policy its engouraged but no limitations.

Obviously proxying and non standard models are fine in casual pick up games.  My above comments were mainly for tournies.

Oh yeah tournies are a whole different matter.
It was more of testing things as I am prepping them for a tournament

Btw how often do you have events

BG usually has 1 a month or so.  They are splitting between the Plainsville and Abington store but usually 1 a month.

yea for casual games I actually encourage proxying for new players, its helps figure out what you like before you start investing into the models.

So if anyone wants a game, lemme know, via post or PM,
I promise I wont be a newbie win,
