Kickstarter campaign for Bones from Reaper
« on: August 24, 2012, 01:20:01 AM »
Anyone see this and getting in on it? 41 hours left.

Vampire level gives you multiple HUNDREDS of dollars of models for 100$

Figured I would pass word to my fellow gamers and store owners, who can buy a full display with tons of models for 300$

Just saying.

I just got in on this too Vance! Robert Camp was telling me about this at Thursday 40k last night. I went with Vampire but Chase should definitely do undertaker, could be a huge moneymaker for the store

I had seen that one before, and it is more of a Titan than a dreadnaught.  The picture below show how large it is.

It reminds me of the old Paladin Knight titan.  It is still to big to be a Knight titan though, the 15mm scale one would be good for that.

8 hrs left, get in now or miss out on a ton of stuff!

and your right Asuran, it's about 8.5 inches tall but it's still a screaming deal if you want something titan sized since these are being made in plastic and the resin ones are going for $350 on their website

that and the marines and heavy weapons teams might be good for IG

If anyone was interested in this and missed the kickstarter, if you go to the reaper kickstarter page and look under updates you can contact Reaper and get in on the kick starter.  You will pay a little more than if you got in on the kick starter, but it is still a lot cheaper than retail.

Look for update #62 For Noobies only

The guys are Reaper are awesome.  I have been buying miniatures from them for almost 18 years (basically right when Ral Partha stopped doing D&D minatures).  Plus the kickstarter has been so successful that they will be bringing the manufacturing of the Bones line (these are the plastic minis) from China back to the Great State of Texas where they currently make the pewter minatures.
