Its true that everything seems to be a "super heavy vehicle" or a "super heavy walker"

Its TANKSgiving, which to me says tank not a gun emplacement.

the other problem you are going to have is at start and everytime your tank gets blown up you you drive in from the table edge... how is something immobile going to drive in from the table edge?

Dude, it's not a tank.

If the baneblade isn't a tank...well obviously it should be.

The main game effect of tankhood is that it allows you to tank shock.

Dude, it's as much of a tank as a Baneblade is. I'm asking the TO if they're considering it a tank or not for the event, I'd rather not show up and then find out BG doesn't consider it a tank.

Pylons are not considered a tank for this event.

How about this:  If it doesn't have a turret (like a traditional, real life tank) OR it has never had the "tank" rule, it's not allowed.

Why rewrite rules and complicate things?

If it was a tank in the previous Apocalypse edition it's allowed in this event, otherwise check your codex.

It is important to note that this no longer happens.  :)

ah I see that now, random deployment zone respawn nice. Better than let me drive in right behind you and shoot your rear armor

I hate that they got rid of the "tank" "rule" that used to come with all of the Apoc units.

Oi Chase.  The forum says 11/26TUE but the Facebook says 11/20WED. Which is the REAL Tanksgiving?

FB has been corrected.  I guess there was a communication error somewhere.

I promise, if it's been posted here for more than a day the date here is correct.

One tank per player. Feel free to bring more tanks for others to borrow for the evening, if you're so inclined/generous!
